Some of the remarks about PR’s need to reform in McKinsey Quarterly journal (Rebuilding corporate reputations) are OK if hackneyed. But the wider thesis is very shaky. Here’s why: http://paulseaman.eu/2009/06/mckinsey-spins-pr-badly-ouch/

Dear all,

I wrote a piece for the WSJ entitled No More Mr. Nice Guy: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122894759489495973.html

I have another piece on the limits of "nice" that looks at social media and networking: http://paulseaman.eu/2008/12/not-too-much-mr-nice-guy/

It would be great to hear your views.

Best wishes,
Paul
